How to parse PDF document field values to Excel Sheet in c#

Hi all,
I need help for capturing the PDF values and copy to the Excel sheet. I found the PDF to text converter code, but this will read the PDF in row wise not in Key value pair for the field wise. So I need help how to read the fields from the PDF and the corresponding values and save to an Excel sheet. Please help.....

Here what do you mean keys,fields,values? Include the screen-shot of the pdf file in your question.
BTW partially I can guess about this but better you include more things in the question.

I belive you need a third party dll to read PDF file (ItextSharp or try google for same) and populating same data into excel require EXCEL dll to be refered in your project.
