Adding custom toolbar to visual studio add-in using c++

I have created a new Visual Studio Add-in project. My project is able to add commands to Visual Stuido menu. This code is created by wizard. How can I add my custom toolbar to Visual Studio? i am looking to do this in c++(i want to do this visual stdio 2008). help me pls.

All the answers are explained in VB or .NET. i want it in c++
