How to make a move and fight checker(draughts) on checkboard?

I have a checkboard. Also i drow the checkers on this board. But i don't know how make the move and kill the checkers. I don't know how this write in code. Сan tell me what functions and variables i must use of my code? Maybe exist a mading pieces of code? I be watch this code. So how do this? What you recommend for me? Help
