i am just here to gain knowledge and fed up of searching on google.Sockets never work on internet (according to me) as i try to pass my public ip it does not accepts it and says invalid ip is being parsed.

If you have "refered many google links" then what do you expect us to tell you that you haven't found? Especially in a little textbox like this?

Go back to Google, and look again: it contains a huge amount of information on the subject which will better answer a general question such as this.
