How to make the Cell read only of the excel sheet using open xml

Hi all,

I would like to know how to make the some selected cells of the excel file generated throught the openxml sdk as readonly .

as it is very easy to do it so using microsoft.interop.excel.dll

Any help or suggestions will be helpful
