Solution 1

I wrote an article on how to use a pinch-like gesture to zoom in and out.
Simple Gestures on Android[^]

Even if you do not need the gesture part, the logic for zooming should be generic enough for you to draw some conclusions from.

You can't, it's not C#.
But the logic is the same even if some class names and method names might differ slightly.
