Coding to tell Google not to read a certain scripts of a website

I am a looking for a coding in ASP.Net to tell Google not to read certain scripts of a website pages. I have already tried to block it through robots.txt but it is affecting my other scrips pages because path of all the scripts are same but the source name given at the end is different.

The URL structure is in this pattern : Script Path + Source Name

I want to make google understand not to read script path of certain scripts.
