You have 3 options.
1. Buy dedicated server from Godaddy.
I checked their forum & found

^], so no other options. They don't allow SSRS too.
2. Find another hosting company who supports Crystal reports on shared hosting. Use web to find.
3. Develop your reports using
any other reporting tools[
^] which's suitable for shared hosting & you could stay with Godaddy.
I know that all three options're painful but I think you could go with second one.
