mobile phone optimization

Hi Everybody,
i have hosted a website and it is working perfectly in desktop pc and laptops.but when i open it in mobile phones and tabs,a portion of websites are missing.i dont know why.Can anyone tell me how to make my website visible both in pc and mobile phone browsers using html and css

This is not "optimization". You just have bugs, and no relevant information to help you. There can be too many different ways to screw up things...

This problem is kind of types of Website. You had design static center orianted panel for website. now for your solution you have to try the Responsive Website Design in which there is separate codes are availble through which you can design your website for perticular device.
