Pan image inside Picturebox

Good Day ,
I have an Application that allows the user to manipulate images that are loaded manually. The problem i am facing is that i cannot move the image inside the picturebox with the mouse (ie. panning). When the image is zoomed I would like the user to move the picture around inside the picture box , hence allowing him/her to view other parts. I'd like to drag picture in any direction to see the other part of the image without using scrollbars.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. :confused:
