interchanging datatable rows to columns

Hi i have datatable with values in this way

Date Count Name
31/01/10 1 Mithu
31/01/10 2 Pratu
01/02/10 3 Mithu
02/02/10 4 Pratu
02/02/10 5 Mahu

Now i need to create one more datatable from this values and should be like this

Date Mithu Pratu Mahu
31/01/10 1 2 0
01/02/10 3 0 0
02/02/10 0 4 5

can any1 help me plss
