How would you determine if its junk or not? What constitutes good data versus bad data?

what do you mean by Junk data?
"what do you mean by Junk data? " -- a text file can not have a Garbage Collector itself... it's a feature of platform.

Two previous comments should explain to your that this post makes no sense.

In description i clearly explain that "MEANS GIVEN TEXT FILE IS CONTAIN 'GARBAGE' COLLECTION OR NOT." ........!!!!!!!!

Please stop shouting. This is rude. And this is amazing. No, it's not "garbage", it's "'GARBAGE'". I cannot believe you meant that the file should contain or not contain the word "GARBAGE". No, you did not define anything, clearly or not. And you certainly don't understand it yourself.

1 solution

After all this heated "discussion" in the comments to the question, I lost every hope that OP can possibly get any help and understand that the "problem" makes no sense. Some problems need to be solved. Some other problem should not be solved but their appearance should be prevented. And some other "problems" should not be even formulated, because the whole idea to formulate them is wrong. But how to explain it? The link below is the last resort:

+5'd... one man's garbage is another mans treasure. To the OP: The word "garbage" is not a definition of anything, what one program considers garbage (for example if I open a text file created in Hindi to me its garbage, but to somebody who can read Hindi it may be the formula for unlimited energy) may be valid data to another.

Thank you, Ron.
Maybe your note will finally tell OP something... :-)

This question, and the ensuing heated discussion is just hilarious... I don't know Sergey. Maybe we need someone to formulate a question like this once in a while just for the comedic value.

Awesome answer... +5.
