create menu from code behing page in asp.net

i want to create dynamic menu from code behind page in asp.net. items will be dynamically added from database. menu items should be between anchor tag and anchor tag href property also contains their id's respectively so that when user click on a particular menu , the items with that id will open...

i will be very thankful of yours if you solve my problem.. i have googled a lot about this but nothing find.

Unlikely that you could not find examples on the internet. You need to break down each piece and work on it like that. Nothing you are attempting is difficult if you do it systematically.
