^] article on how to set up a clipboard monitor in c#. Basically you register your app as a clipboard viewer using
_ClipboardViewerNext = SetClipboardViewer(this.Handle);
and then you will recieve the WM_DRAWCLIPBOARD message, which you can handle by overriding WndProc:
