This is the updated useful information on the VLC component binding for.NET:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libvlcnet/[^],
https://wiki.videolan.org/C_Sharp/[^],
https://wiki.videolan.org/.Net_Interface_to_VLC/[^].

Notably, you can find material for using the component for both WPF and System.Windows.Forms.

Why not? Just found new links which people may need. I make a search of my own answers on the topic and decided to make a quick update.

I advise VideoLAN and VLC designed specially for such purposes.

i download a library libvlc.net this automatically allow's me to use vlc broadcast system with out add vlclib refrence?

The use of the tool is complex enough, extensive read of documentation is needed. The system is complex and big, especially in terms of available working modes and options, most people use it like a player and have no idea on what it can do. In can you VLC (VideoLAN client normally used as a player) immediately (typically will need to devise quite a long command line) or a library.
