Crystal Report in asp.net(not taking print command)

Dear friends,
I am in trouble to fixing a problem.
asp.net with crystal report::when click print button on top of the page of crystal report viewer,after select page then ok.its just saved as file,not printing,some pc it is working well,from some pc not working just saved file.if anyone has experience this issue,can you just give a little idea how can i solve this problem.It would be really helpful for me.

does it happen with some specific browser? CrystalReports print functionality does not work with any browser.

i have Mozilla Firefox,its works fine,but some client pc it's not working just saved.can you have some idea why it happens.
