need to get image in a gridview

hello everyone

i have 2 different gridviews in 2 different web forms.

in one of the form my gridview was good to support images to display.

but for 2nd gridview in 2nd form my image not visible in the gridview.

i put the similar code for both the pages but its not getting.

can any one help me on this..
