entering the values in listview using database

. I am making an application where i have to add categories by going to add button on the listview page(category page) and the add button will take you to the new screen where you have a textview naming categoryname and edittext to enter the categoryname and the add button to save the category in the listview on the previous screen(category screen) ,I want this using database.

2. and there is new item screen where we have to fill all the fields including image and after saving that, altogether should go through the listview of electronic screen.
