how to make asp.net login form?

Hello,

i have created a web application in VS2010. the main problem i face to is i can not make a login page, infact i want to use asp.net login form system(asp.net configuration)for this issue, but when i try it nothing happens and there are no related tables in sqlserver database.

I haven't ever had any experience with creating login form in asp.net and this is for the first time i want to do that profasionally. i will be thankful for any help.

but as i know theres is wizard process in asp.net which can make login system automatically, and will create sufficient tables in database as well.

can you guide me how to use that?
