I had first generate Script from SQL server but It will give me only the Design of table But i want Data also from SQL server & copy it into MYSQL .
Can anybody help me?

Try mssql to mysql migration/sync tool[^]

It takes 5-10 min to transfer 1 million records and more.
Besides the tool is able to migrate views between databases.
