any join possible in insert query...

i have two table one for country and one for state

in country table

contryid-contry name

in state table

stateid--statename--countryid...

how it posiible plz give me insert query in state table

What exactly do u want to insert..? Use the Improve Question Widget....

If you have stateid--statename and countryid then no need to join any where to insert your data. Just write insert statement. If you don't have countryid but have country_name then you need select query to select countryid. Please clarify you question.
