Well, you could, but I wouldn't in your place. You could read the specification: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/pdf/pdf_reference.html[^], but it would take be a considerable amount of time to implement it.

Actually it's not that difficult; I got a copy of the specification some while ago and was able to read and create simple PDF documents without too much difficulty.

Well, it depends on the entrepreneur, and on what you want to achieve. It can be simple but can become difficult depending on the task.
