crystal report in asp.net c#

Hello
I am using a crystal report 13 (visual studio 2010). It showing report very well but there every options not working.
eg.
1. Export to file in (pdf/excel etc.)
2. Zoom option
3. Search also not working
4. print

these option are not working..

Please help tell me solution for this problem.

Are you using Internet Explorer 10? or it is not working with any other browser either like Chrome, Firefox, etc?
