My website is working well at local server(I am calling web methods in .ashx page). But on hosting, I get an error : System.Security.Policy.PolicyException: Required permissions cannot be acquired.
I include <trust level="Full" originurl="">in Web.config.
When I give other than Full (Medium, Low, High), it gives problem in localhost itself. But for level="Full" or even the trust tag is not included (level="Full" is default), the site works fine on localhost. But still not working on hosting.
What's the problem? Please help

With that little information? Probably not.
Does it report a line, or any other info? Because if it doesn't, you probably need to talk to your hosting service, as there is little chance that we can work it out without much better info!
