Unable to edit DataGridView in Window application

I have bind List Collection to DatagridView ,but i am unable to edit DatagridView.

First verify that these grid properties are set:

C#

ReadOnly = false; 
AllowUserToAddRow = true; 
EditMode

If that doesn't work then you may be getting stuck in edit mode. Check DataGridView.EditMode[^] Property.
