You were told how to find this stuff out yesterday. Use the tools that were suggested and stop being so lazy.

Try going to the RTF Specification[^] and searching for indent.

It's trivial to create a sample document in Word and open it in an editor. You'll find that Word uses the \li tag to do this.

You've also asked several questions here, asking about different tags. I presume you are working on an RTF parser? If so, it may be far simpler to get a 3rd party solution.
