how to make a moving box which moves with scrolling

Hey every body
I was wondering how can I make a moving box which moves with scrolling beside the screen ... I mean when the user of my blog scrolls down , the box moves with him/her down...I wanna know what the technology is and a link as a tutorial...

This is an insanely vague question, but as you talk about a blog, I assume you're talking about a web site. This is actually widely documented on the web.
