check bob\xes in datagrid

in my datagrid,five colums contain check boxes,
i want to store the value "yes" to database if those colums are selected.
help me to get the value to a variable. how toi get values from check box to a variable?

Yes you can get value of checkbox when you click on the target column with many different solutions please follow of links and if you could not do it tell me I will help you ;)
