If your "question" is a single sentence then chances are that:

Keeping this paramaters
1.Monthly report which tells how many hours worked,lagging hours,leave and O.T hours etc
2.Daily report present are absent
3.Generate charts reports for monthly of each department
4.List which gives only absentees of that particular month
5.Reports for each employee for each month to track records etc
