using above fields prepare reports(maximum possible ways).

for ex: 1)Employees weekly worked hrs report
2)Employees list with number of holidays

like this i need some more(really more) ideas..
can anyone help me with some unique ideas??

Count of sickness leaves per year, ratio to worked hours
People with a Card Code ending in 5
Ranking of people per OT hours
Plot of per-department and company population over time
Detect "unusual" figures
...

Solution 2

you can create reports like below...

Employee attendance ...
1.Monthly summary
2.Yearly summary
3.Crosstab report (department wise employee attendance register)
5.Monthwise chart
4.Yearly Leave report - Monthly Leave report

you can represent leaves of employee using charts
comparision of leaves taken by employees in a year
