Facebook MVC Template is not showing

I downloaded and installed the ASP.Net and Web Tools but after the Facebook template doesnt show up like it should (see here)

I am running VS2012 Ultimate. I also tried restarting my computer but this did not help.

I said everything that I did? I downloaded the toolkit and installed it, I expected the Facebook template to be in my new projects template like it is in the link that I provided? What else do you need to know?

"ASP.NET and Web Tools 2012.2 is officially released and supported. You can use your normal support channel. Also, "The Facebook template is available only for the Razor view engine". [Edit] I don't think they know how to spell Farcebook[/Edit]
