If you search google or yahoo with the phrase "pl/sql exercises" you will get many examples (I got around 60k hits so too many to list here) - some are very basic and some are more complicated. Quite a lot of them are in sample chapters from books on the subject but most are free.

If you also search for "pl/sql tutorial" you could work through all of the exercises in those too. Probably enough to keep you busy for quite some time :-)
