grid view cell enter problem

hello,
I have problem in Grid view . event is fire on gridview keydown Event.

first user enter any number in first cell. after press enter keydown event is fire and fetch data from database and fill up other cell. my problem is that where i hit enter first time then nothing get any output. i got output after hit enter second time.
