problem in data updation

dear sir/ma'am
my software perform an update query .Now problem find is that two peoples perform the updation in exactly same time even no fraction in seconds so that the values updated two time but it in real update only one time .So sir how can i prevent such condition when there is no difference in the time even no difference in the seconds

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
If the same row is updated twice, it is updated twice and the second value will be used.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

sir question is that how can manage two transaction if both are performs same time even if no difference in the seconds

Sounds like bad table design.
Please, provide more details and describe table structure and what you want to achieve.
