i want to upskill myself with SQL . i just downloaded and intalled MS SQL SERVER 2008 .
Please help me with good learning material that can help me learn step by step how to create Databases,tables...etc and all the other stuff that can help me be good with SQL

Definitely "download" the BOL. The BOL is actually all you need to become proficient. TSQL, and other languages.
