Having issues restoring sharepoint

hi,....

i try to restore backup in sharepoint2010 i use sqlserver 2008 Re version,but i get below error when i try to restore backup

SqlException: CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'.

- i already try to chnage iis website name and also give permission all server role to user but still i get error how i can solve it any idea abou it please tell me.

The error says it doesn't have permissions to create a database.

yes but i give all permission any other extra permission for create share point database or any other setting for create database

Apparently you did not give the proper permission. I am unaware of what context it is running under so you'll need to figure that out and grant the proper permissions.
