how pass id_no to from one window application to other application

Hi,

I have one windows application in ASP.NET using C#, and need to pass a Id_No
,since it is going to be used by another
windows application under some circumstances.

please suggest me how will i do?

Technically, you have an asp.net web application, NOT a windows application.
