I want to disable "Rename" option in Right Click Context Menu by C#/VB.NET or VisualC++ Programming.

I believe the OP is talking about a contextmenustrip, but I could be wrong. If that is the case, then it's disabled (by default) until it's created.

If you're talking about the context menu in visual studio, I don't think it's possible, at least not as an option.

on the other hand, it should be possible to specify someone as owner and then assign user rights to the file. It just might have an option that the user can change the file content, but not the file name. (not sure though)

it doesn't work that way here at codeproject. I gave you more direction on where to look, you can start investigating by reading on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ or trying google or the articles here on codeproject. Create a prototype application of what you would like to achieve and come back here if you encounter a specific problem.

No one here on codeproject will give you "code" for an entire application.
