I want to disable "Rename" option in Right Click Context Menu by C#/VB.NET or VisualC++ Programming.

Please Help me sir/madam.

I believe the OP is talking about a contextmenustrip, but I could be wrong. If that is the case, then it's disabled (by default) until it's created.

If you're talking about the context menu in visual studio, I don't think it's possible, at least not as an option.

on the other hand, it should be possible to specify someone as owner and then assign user rights to the file. It just might have an option that the user can change the file content, but not the file name. (not sure though)
