How to Load data asynchronously into combobox

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement of simple application in which by selecting an item from combobox1, it'll search in a database with that field and multiple results will be found and will be loaded into combobox2. Is it possible to to do this without full page post back. I want that 2nd combobox to be refreshed again and during this loading some Loading symbol to be shown.

Suggestions to do this
