i am learning this through different sources and sites such as Code project and etc

and many people have submit their tutorials for creating specific softwares but i have question if i learn that programme and apply it to my programme does it matter? suppose somebody has shown how to create onscreen keyboard and also shared his files can i use those files too and create my own on screen software? and share that On screen software with my friends and upload on different software sharing sites??

Usually you can, but you should anyway ask the author (if he/she didn't explicitely state you are allowed, often there is a reference to the kind of license pending, for instance several CodeProject articles use the The Code Project Open License[^] ).

The answer is that it depends on the license under which software is available. If the on screen keyboard is published on Code Project with the Code Project Open License you can copy it and modify it and share what you create according to the terms of the license. If it is commercial software which you have bought or otherwise has a restricted license then you almost certainly can't legally copy it or modify it or share modified versions without getting written permission from the original author which is quite unlikely.
There are many different software licenses which mean you must or must not do different things with that licensed software. Because the liability is on you if you get it wrong that means you have to read and understand the license of what you're using yourself and be very sure you're right about what it means or you have to get legal advice which is sometime reliable and always expensive.
In general Open Source software can be copied and modified and usually redistributed for free and Commercial Closed Source software cannot but as I said each and every product, download or article these days tends to come with it's own varied license.

You can find a lot of software here on CodeProject and lot more with the help of Google. I collect Open Source projects so I have a lot of source code. What area are you looking for, desktop, mobile, web, business, graphics, database, games?
