How to Put Buttons in MDIForm ?

Hi
I created an application using visual studio 2008 and C#. i put buttons in MDIForm. but when i'am opening child form the button appear in front of child form. how to bring back the button?

You mean that the button isn't moving with the MDI form but simply sits on one spot?
