Tree View in the Leftside and it's contents in the rightside

Can anyone help me how to work with the Treeview in the Left Panel and it's content to show in the Right Panel. The Tree View should be multi layer for example : http://www.destroydrop.com/javascripts/tree/

you can do this in multiple ways on of them would be adding a url of the same page + querystring for each node. Then on_click of each node postback occurs, taking the values from querystring, you can show respective content in the same page. But with this method page gets refreshed again & again. To avoid you can handle them with ajx method + javascript.
