What is the difference between index and unique index?

To get an answer as soon as possible you should update your question to add some more detail about what you really mean OR do some research in google (e.g. search for sql difference between index and unique index) then update your question when you have a more specific problem

A UNIQUE index guarantees that the index key (one or more columns) contains no duplicate values and therefore every row in the table is in some way unique. See Create Unique Indexes[^].

An index that is not unique is built using one or more key columns that may be the same in more than one row of the table that is indexed.
