Solution 1

The only code you're going to get is the code you write yourself.

You're going to have to go into a bunch more detail about your problem and where you're stuck. How does this text file fit into the process of creating a table in a database??

If YOU don't have any clue what this text file has in it then how the hell are WE supposed to know what to do with it???

That file could contain ANYTHING in ANY format, so it's impossible to tell you how to do anything with it.

Go ask your boss what that file contains and what to do with it.
