Problem solving based on error dialog box provided by user

Suppose you receive the below request from a customer. Please understand the problem and
1. Explain the approach you will use to solve the customer’s problem
2. Write your answer to the customer in English

When I connected to SQL-Builder, I had the following error message:

WARNING! Your temporary licence extension will expire in 31 days,
You have more object in AppWarehouse than your liense allows,
Your current number of objects is indicated in the diagnostic report (see Help | About).
Please remove object until their number falls again below the limit or contact CAST to obtain a new liense for more
objects

The above message is displayed in message dialog box.......

I do not understand that, because when we bought the product, we made sure to ask for an unlimited objects number license key.

Solution 1

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

Good answer, well phrased. Even if you had offered us your ideas (which you didn't) your tutor should be your guide and judge.
