Creating a Remote desktop application such as Teamviewer

I'm in the process of creating my own application which enables us to control and exchange applications with a remote computer (as we do in teamviewer)

can anyone please guide me through the steps and codes which have to be followed ???

it would be very helpful for my future.

I have gone through these 2 projects several times but I couldnt get the idea where to start or how to do it.

i just modified the project concept by using MJpeg streamer , voice chat and tcp chat room and fused them together to form the project.
(you can find these 3 projects in codeproject itself)
