How to fecth datagrid each row in sql query

I am using c# to develop the pos software. In point of sale i am developed using datagrid so my problem is when a user type barcode in first column in specified row . Next column with specified row should get details automatically using sql queri when tab key is pressed.
Think pratically
When u purchase anything from shop they scan barcode . When barcode is entered all details will get automatically
