So you say, you are new and your bosses ask you to develop this all alone? No senior or support provided who have any knowledge around it?

Wow! It was a Sly Plan to screw up this guy completely. I am really sorry. This "requirement" to one person is more like sabotage...

True.

1 solution

Sugar crm[^]
It has a admin part and user part database is managed in a server with db2 or other.
admin has all policies to make changes.and development team and change their authority of values.
For further help see siebel crm features
http://www.oracle.com/in/products/applications/siebel/overview/index.html[^]
Its like codeproject portal also.admin have authority to delete edit and different authority is provided to all persons.
Open Source CRM[^]

also have a sharp knife kill your boss :)
if he asks you to build this alone..

I hope OP takes it as a joke. ;)

All he needs is to walk away and find a new job if his boss really asks him to do this all alone at this point of his career.

I have a better idea for OP: look for a new job as hard as possible, but work at this project as long as they pay for the job; consider this as a bonus and an opportunity to get some good experience while working more or less independently.

Sometimes, wrong things can be used for something good...

Totally agree with you. But, this needs discipline and motivation. If OP can, he should.

In all cases, this is much better then sitting and doing nothing. Who cares about discipline? Just relax and do some useful work; learn technology, try it — it will pay off later, on the same job or different. Not bad at all, come to think about... Here is the motivation.

And situation with management might change, by one or another reason. Giving up is always a loosing strategy, why taking it?
