Solution 1

Download and Install Ajax Control Tookit from the following link
http://ajaxcontroltoolkit.codeplex.com/releases/view/94873[^]

After Installing go to your website, Right Click on bin folder and click of Add Reference, browse the path for SampleWebsite/bin/AjaxControlToolkit.dll.
