Trigger on access 2003 to insert into sql server

Hi all...
Can any one help me? i have a mdb file Access 2003 , i want when someone insert new row in certain table to affect immediately in sql server columns in certain table there ??????

There is no trigger in Access you are trying to load data from Access to sqlserver or sqlserver to Access
